Senior Project Manager (Data Centre)

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data centre projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires full ownership of project execution, managing multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, and ICT scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall delivery of data centre construction projects from inception to handover
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholder relationships
• Oversee CSA, MEP, and ICT packages, ensuring coordination and integration
• Drive programme, cost, quality, and safety performance across the project
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Chair project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and regulations
• Support commissioning, client handover, and project close-out activities

Key Requirements:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• In-depth understanding of construction delivery across CSA and MEP disciplines
• Experience managing fast-track, complex project environments
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
• Experience on hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects
• Background with main contractors or specialist data centre delivery firms
• Familiarity with commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST)
