The RoleAs a Senior Development Real Estate Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of new Bob W properties across Europe, from lease signing through to opening day. You’ll play a key role in negotiating technical lease terms, managing project timelines and budgets, and driving strong ROI on every build.As part of the Development team, you’ll work hands-on with landlords, contractors, and cross-functional teams to bring each property to life, ensuring it meets Bob W’s brand standards and delivers an exceptional guest experience.
