Senior Project Manager Digital (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt is looking for a Senior Project Manager Digital (d/f/m) for our Experience team, which is focused on realizing digital platform experiences such as websites, e-commerce platforms, apps, or landing pages. As Senior Project Manager Digital, you are the coordinator between clients, internal & external developers, and experience designers, working together with the team to deliver projects on budget, on time, and with high quality. Lead and manage complex digital projects, including website relaunches based on headless CMS and DXP architectures (e.g., Contentful, Storyblok) Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical implementation and integration processes, collaborating closely with Tech Leads and development teams Define, review, and prioritize requirements in alignment with client goals, managing project risks and dependencies for smooth delivery Coordinate and optimize project workflows, budget efficiency, and resource planning, as well as budget planning, invoicing, and controlling for projects and clients Provide strategic and content-related advice to clients, fostering further client development and consulting with other departments What you score with:

4-5 years of experience in consulting or project management, ideally with digital projects in an agency setting Degree in business administration, media, economics, or communication sciences, or equivalent education Strong mix of structured project leadership and solid technical understanding Ability to challenge clients constructively and provide strategic guidance Proven skills in stakeholder management, especially in technically challenging environments, and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience working with external development partners and managing integrations between CMS, e-commerce systems, CRM, and other platforms Fluency in German and very good English skills; confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly Team-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to optimize processes Experience:

Experience with corporate websites, brand platforms, and complex content ecosystems across industries such as finance, automotive, FMCG, healthcare, and B2B Hands-on experience with headless CMS implementations and digital platform ecosystems, understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices What we offer:
