What You'll Do

• Drive multiple high‑priority, time‑sensitive projects end‑to‑end with strong structure and clear outcomes.
• Translate ambiguous requests into concrete plans and deliverables quickly, without over‑engineering.
• Produce high‑quality documents and presentations by self‑serving existing materials and best practices.
• Set crisp scopes, milestones, and success metrics; keep owners accountable and risks transparent.
• Run rapid live problem‑solving and case‑style work to test options and deliver within hours, not weeks.
• Communicate progress and blockers proactively to the People Director and core stakeholders.
• Context switch effectively across parallel streams while maintaining quality and speed.

Who You Are

• 3‑5 years experience in project, program, or operations roles with a track record of fast, high‑quality delivery.
• Exceptionally strong execution, prioritization, and time management without reliance on overtime.
• Autonomous and resourceful: finds inputs independently, learns quickly, and makes sound trade‑offs.
• Clear, concise communicator; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with productivity and documentation tools; strong slide‑writing and structuring skills.
• Comfortable operating under pressure and shifting priorities in a pragmatic, business‑first way.
• Excellent German skills; able to operate in fast‑moving, high‑expectation contexts.
• Experience in People, Operations, or Sales environments is a plus.
