(Senior) Projektleiter IT-Sicherheit (m/f/d)

Welcome to the IT Security team at Fresenius Digital Technology! We are responsible for the implementation, management and operation of programs, projects and services for a wide range of different security capabilities in various business segments within the Fresenius Group.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing projects at all stages of their lifecycle (i.e., project construction, estimation, planning, requirement gathering, and testing)and plan and control scope, schedule, budget, and resources

• Leading project teams (within a matrix organization)

• Continuouslyidentifyingandinitiatingimprovements to existing processes, methods, and standards within the IT Security operating model

• Conducting risk assessments in project planning and execution, and defining and implementingappropriate remedialmeasures

• Collaborating in an international business context, including virtual teamsand coordinating project tasks in relevant Fresenius businesssegmentswith internal and external stakeholders

• Effectivelyrepresentingthe organization to cross-functional stakeholders, business partners, and external groups

• Engage and manage vendors/partners as a part of the assigned projects and ensure effective operationalization

Your qualifications:

• Academic degree or equivalent experience and professional certifications

• At least five years of experience in project management roles

• Experience of working in a diverse multicultural environment

• Experience collaborating with technology teams, ideally within an IT or Information Security context

• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies

• Experienced use of MS Office 365 Suite

• Scrum Master, Prince2 or other project management and agile certifications are advantageous

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders and teams

• Fluent German and English skills (written and verbal)
