Join our team in Berlin as an Architect, Civil Engineer, or Industrial Engineer (w/m/d) ! We are looking for you immediately in full-time as a:

Senior Project Controller or Project Controller (w/m/d) in Building Construction

Your Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from development through commissioning within project management
• Handle all project phases and areas of project management
• Manage schedules and costs of complex construction projects
• Contract and risk management
• Ongoing support and consulting for our clients and project owners
• Provide technical leadership for internal project teams
• Acquire new project contracts, including participation in presentations, proposals, and negotiations

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management, Real Estate Management, or Industrial Engineering (Construction)
• Several years of experience in construction project control, including successful independent project leadership
• Solid knowledge of relevant technical and construction contractual regulations (HOAI, VgV, VOB)
• Persuasiveness, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, MS Project, project communication systems)
