We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic (Senior) Purchasing Manager (all genders) to join our Category & Purchasing Department. Our team ensures that we have the best in class products to offer our customers in our web-shop and app. If you have a passion for beauty products and have excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, then we’d love to hear from you!

Your role

• You are part of our category & purchasing team and support in operational supplier management within the category.
• You manage a high profile supplier/ Brand portfolio, monitor performance and implement measures accordingly, as well as negotiate the best terms with them on an annual basis.
• You manage day to day operational business, analyze your assortment, define new products/brands to add to our portfolio.
• You interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders, such as Retail Media, Marketing, Campaign Management and Supply Chain.
• You keep an eye on the beauty industry and are aware of upcoming trends, brands and our key competitors. Based on this, you bring new ideas to the table and share them openly as well as take initiative and responsibility to implement them.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed studies in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). First relevant experience working in an E-Commerce environment would be a plus!
• Business fluency in German and English with strong stakeholder communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an understanding of KPIs and enjoy working with numbers
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A good understanding of negotiations and initial experience in this area.
