As a Senior Python Software Engineer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our technological development. Senior Python Software Engineer (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the architecture, development, and further development of scalable, secure Python applications and system integrations using modern technologies, including AI
• You will optimize build, test, and deployment processes and ensure a stable and high-performance delivery process through efficient CI/CD structures
• You will take on technical leadership in projects, translate business requirements into viable solutions, and advise stakeholders on feasibility and architecture
• You will ensure code and product quality through standards, reviews, and continuous optimization of performance, security, and developer experience
• You will develop the team's technical skills, actively share knowledge, and take on responsibility for technical leadership in the future

• Several years of experience as a senior software engineer with a focus on Python, as well as very good knowledge of common frameworks and the Python ecosystem
• In-depth expertise in the design of distributed systems, modern software architectures, and scalable platform solutions
• Very good knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and Git-based development processes
• Confident use of AI-supported development tools and keen interest in current developments in the AI field
• Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and interest in technical leadership and team development
• Business fluent English and German skills at least at B2 level
