Senior QA Manager - Android & iOS Apps (m/f/d)

How you’ll make an impact

• You play a key role in shaping our app development process by owning the QA strategy and execution from start to finish.
• You drive innovation in testing by building, scaling, and maintaining both manual and automated tests for our mobile apps.
• You inspire and support the QA team — mentoring engineers and working students while fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
• You work hand in hand with developers, product owners, and designers in our Scrum process to deliver high‑quality features quickly and reliably.
• You design, refine, and evolve test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks that ensure stability and scalability.
• You proactively identify and track bugs and issues in Jira, collaborating with the team to prioritize and resolve them effectively.
• You safeguard quality through comprehensive regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing coverage.
• You leverage modern tools like Charles Proxy, Crashlytics, and analytics platforms to continuously monitor and optimize app performance.

What you’ll need

• You are a seasoned QA Manager with deep expertise in mobile app quality assurance, test automation, and agile leadership.
• You have hands‑on experience with test automation tools such as Appium, TestSigma, or similar frameworks, and are comfortable integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• You have solid experience in manual testing, test case design, and documentation.
• You are highly skilled in agile methodologies, with a strong focus on Scrum.
• You are confident working with Jira and other QA tools such as Charles Proxy and test management systems.
• You are an effective communicator with excellent mentorship and interpersonal skills, able to foster collaboration across teams.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (German is a plus, but not required).
