About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled RF Lab Engineer to join our cutting‑edge laboratory in Hamburg. This unique role focuses on the development, automation, and execution of RF and communication test solutions. As part of our dedicated team, you’ll work on innovative projects in the high‑frequency space, including automotive radar, robotics, and future communication technologies like 6G.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain mechanical prototypes for RF test setups
• Conduct RF measurements and validation tasks using high-frequency principles
• Develop and integrate RF and mechanical systems for automated test workflows
• Troubleshoot across software, hardware, and measurement equipment
• Enhance lab efficiency with hardware and software tools
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration of RF and mechanical systems
• Document lab procedures in compliance with industry standards

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field
• You have hands‑on experience with robotics and mechanical prototyping (CAD, 3D printing, machining)
• You are skilled in RF measurement techniques and equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers)
• You are proficient in programming (Python, MATLAB, or similar) and have experience with automation frameworks
• You are familiar with simulation tools (HFSS, SystemVue) and data analysis methods
• You have a structured, solution-oriented work style with a focus on quality
• You can communicate fluently in English (German is a plus) and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 2–4 weeks/year)

• In-Person Interview : A tour of the lab and a technical discussion with our experts.

Availability for Interviews : Monday to Friday, before 3:30 PM.
