Join our team supporting Rolls Royce, working alongside sourcing and talent administration experts.

What You’ll Do:

Lead detailed job scoping sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements
Review applications promptly and build targeted recruitment marketing campaigns
Source candidates via advanced Boolean searches, networking, and talent communities
Use innovative outreach strategies across phone, email, social media, and more
Provide tailored value propositions to candidates and prepare them for interviews
Maintain timely and transparent communication with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct thoughtful, industry-specific phone interviews and assess candidate fit
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including skills testing, background checks, and offer negotiation
Continuously build and nurture a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates
Proactively update hiring managers on market trends and candidate status
Deliver high-quality candidate slates and ensure positive hiring outcomes
Provide accurate recruitment activity reports and collaborate on search challenges

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of results-driven recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or RPO)
Expertise in advanced manufacturing sector preferred
Fluency in German is essential
Strong sourcing skills including deep web techniques and Boolean searches
Experience leveraging recruitment technologies to streamline processes
Ability to work consultatively with hiring managers and navigate challenging conversations
Commitment to compliance and documentation best practices
