The RoleAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work across both retained and contingent search assignments for leadership and C-suite roles across Europe. You’ll play a key role in the team, acting as the deputy to a highly experienced consultant, taking over an established client base while also building your own network. You’ll have the freedom to run your own desk with the support of a mature, international business. What You’ll DoManage full 360 search assignments across Europe within the finance sector.Partner with private equity firms and portfolio companies to identify top-tier leadership talent.Deliver both retained and contingent projects, handling the process end-to-end.Build lasting client relationships through credibility, reliability, and results.Collaborate closely with an experienced mentor while developing your own business pipeline.
