You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of 4 in Hamburg — a down-to-earth, professional group who value collaboration, trust, and autonomy.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant , you’ll work across both retained and contingent search assignments for leadership and C-suite roles across Europe. You’ll play a key role in the team, acting as the deputy to a highly experienced consultant , taking over an established client base while also building your own network.

You’ll have the freedom to run your own desk with the support of a mature, international business. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing environment where success is recognised, rewarded, and celebrated.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full 360 search assignments across Europe within the finance sector.
• Partner with private equity firms and portfolio companies to identify top-tier leadership talent.
• Deliver both retained and contingent projects, handling the process end-to-end.
• Build lasting client relationships through credibility, reliability, and results.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced mentor while developing your own business pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years experience in 360 agency recruitment role – any professional services sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen .
• Credible, strategic, and delivery-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage senior client and candidate relationships with professionalism.
• Business-fluent English is essential; German or another EU language is a plus.
