The Role

We are actively hiring a Senior Red Team Operator to execute real-world attack simulations across enterprise environments.

This role is designed for professionals who understand how attackers operate — from initial access to post-exploitation — and can translate technical findings into real business impact.

You will work on advanced penetration testing and Red Team activities, focusing on practical exploitation rather than checklist-based assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute penetration testing and Red Team exercises across web, API, and internal environments
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities including initial access, privilege escalation, and lateral movement
• Support or execute multi-stage attack chains across systems
• Develop attack scenarios and testing methodologies
• Use or develop scripts/tools (Python, Bash) to support engagements
• Document findings clearly, including exploitation steps and remediation recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall security posture

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in penetration testing or offensive security
• Strong understanding of web and application vulnerabilities (OWASP and beyond)
• Practical knowledge of privilege escalation, credential attacks, and system enumeration
• Understanding of how real-world attacks progress across environments
• Ability to think beyond automated tools

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Red Team or adversary simulation activities
• Basic understanding of Active Directory attacks
• Experience in bug bounty or real-world security testing projects

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Familiarity with common offensive security tools
• Understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals

Communication

• Ability to clearly explain vulnerabilities, exploitation steps, and impact
• Good written and spoken English

Technical Evaluation

• Technical screening
• Discussion of past experience and attack scenarios
• Follow-up interview if required

Compensation & Work Style

• $85,000 – $165,000 USD depending on capability
