How you'll make an impact

• Lead the development of our Captive Reinsurance strategy across EMEA.
• Build and nurture strong relationships within the Captive community.
• Drive business growth, and achieve our goals.
• Collaborate with our existing teams to ensure seamless placement and handling of Captive business.
• Identify and secure new opportunities, leveraging your expertise and connections.
• Play a key role in shaping and growing a high-performing team.

About you

• You’re a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of senior experience in the Captive insurance or broking industry.
• You have a proven track record of building strong relationships and opening doors within the Captive community.
• You’re driven, strategic, and passionate about building a successful business segment.
• Consultancy experience is a plus, but not essential.
• You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus. You’re flexible with location and willing to work in one of our key hubs: London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, or Paris.
