You will play a key role in the Retail team, owning selected accounts as a business and driving their end-to-end performance across channels. As a Senior-level, you combinestrategic thinking with hands-on executionto unlock growth, optimize operations, and ensure best-in-class brand presence at POS. You will work cross-functionally to connect commercial, product, and marketing initiatives, translating them into measurable retail success.
Your responsibilities include:
Owning and developing key B2B accounts as a business, taking full responsibility for growth, performance, and long-term success across channels (offline & online).
Contributing to strategic planning and financial target achievement, actively steering accounts and initiatives against defined plans and budgets.
Driving commercial performance at POS, owning key retail KPIs such as sell-out, sell-through, rotation, and revenue per POS, and continuously optimizing performance.
Owning how the brand shows up in store, ensuring best-in-class execution across visual merchandising, storytelling, and conversion at shelf.
Leading end-to-end retail launches, from sell-in and forecasting to materials, in-store execution, and post-launch performance tracking, always aiming for excellence.
Identifying and executing growth opportunities, developing new concepts, expansion plans, and initiatives that drive sustainable business impact.
Driving data-based decision making, translating performance data into clear actions and continuously challenging assumptions to improve results.
Managing and executing cross-functional projects, closely collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Operations to connect launches, storytelling, and retail execution.
Owning and optimizing order management and operational processes, ensuring scalability and excellence while staying hands‑on when needed.
Balancing strategic ownership with hands‑on execution, stepping into operational topics when needed to ensure delivery and quality.
Acting as a functional leader within the team, mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices, and elevating overall team performance.
You have several years of experience in Retail, Account Management, or a similar commercial role, ideally in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in the beauty industry and/or with drugstores accounts is a big plus.
You think and act like a business owner, taking full accountability for performance and results.
You bring strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of retail KPIs and what drives success at POS.
You have a proven track record of driving growth and executing initiatives end-to-end.
You are highly analytical and confident working with data, translating insights into clear, impactful actions.
You excel at cross-functional collaboration, connecting different teams to drive outcomes.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on mentality and are not afraid to dive into operational work.
You demonstrate strong ownership, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail.
You have excellent communication skills and can confidently manage internal and external stakeholders.
You are a team player with leadership potential, motivated to mentor others and contribute to a high‑performance culture.
You are fluent in German and English.
