You ensure that teams across the entire customer journey—from Sales and Launch to Customer Success and Service & Support—are empowered to perform successfully.You will translate our revenue strategy, processes and systems into effective enablement measures and establish structures that sustainably embed knowledge, skills and tools into the organisation. A special focus is an AI-first approach, using AI deliberately as an enablement layer.You will work closely with all revenue-related teams and act as a central interface for enablement across multiple areas, combining strategic design with operational implementation and shaping a function with significant scope for initiative. # Key responsibilities* Develop and own the revenue enablement strategy and implement it across the company with a clear AI-first approach.* Analyse enablement needs of revenue teams and derive prioritized measures for development.* Design scalable enablement structures and build training, onboarding and enablement programmes for Sales, Launch, Customer Success, and Service & Support.* Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure new strategies, processes and tools are successfully embedded through targeted enablement measures.* Conduct trainings, workshops and other enablement formats to ensure knowledge and best practices are sustainably transferred to teams.* Measure the impact of enablement initiatives with relevant metrics and continuously optimise programmes and formats. # Requirements* Several years of experience in Revenue Operations, Enablement, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations or comparable roles.* Strong understanding of revenue models, go-to-market processes and customer journeys.* Experience building scalable enablement structures.* Practical experience using AI as an enablement enabler and recognizing how new technologies can be integrated into workflows.* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills; structured and solution-oriented approach.* Ability to explain complex content clearly and to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.* Fluent German (negotiation level) and fluent English.* Ideally experience in SaaS, B2B or HealthTech environments and with enablement, LMS or knowledge management tools.LocationBerlin, Germany #J-18808-Ljbffr
