Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include tracking and evaluating program performance across all workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively managed
• As a Senior S4/Pets Project Manager you maintain a real-time overview of program status, dependencies, and critical path activities
• You are responsible for linking program performance with financial spend to create full cost transparency and support value realization
• As a Senior S4/Pets Project Manager, you organize and facilitate key decision-making forums such as Steering Committees and Program Boards
• Your responsibilities include defining and maintaining performance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures
• In addition, as Senior S4/Pets Project Manager, you deliver clear, data-driven insights that enable strategic decisions across the transformation

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of experience in program performance, PMO, or financial management within large-scale transformations
• You bring proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments — ideally in greenfield or multi-country implementations
• You’re able to turn complex data into crisp, executive-level insights and recommendations
• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and thrive on structure and clarity
• You communicate clearly, collaborate naturally, and love driving progress with purpose
