Where your expertise is needed

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and targeting potential clients through outreach via various channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Accurate forecasting and maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline at all times.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university.
  • 4–5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience in the B2B Enterprise segment, ideally in carbon markets or sustainability.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills – able to convey complex ideas clearly and influence at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results‑oriented approach; thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
