Your seat to fill:

• Ensure excellent levels of consumer satisfaction through premium brand experience.
• Be a consistent role model in consequently increasing store performance
• Support implementing action s to build and g row community
• Proactively collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet and exceed store goals
• Offer premium after-sales and additional retail services as well as process returns and exchanges to adhere to cash and profit protection
• Proactively engage with clients to build and maintain store community
• Maintain a premium easy-to-shop environment for consumers and comply with store policies and procedures and security standards
• Role model the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive sales and achieve store KPI targets
• Support Store Management in ensuring excellent stock and cash management

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Several years sales experience in luxury, premium retail or juvenile industry
• Relevant education at minimum completed apprenticeship in sales, commercial or similar
• Very good communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
• Passion and interest in design & fashion
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours according to the needs of business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & affinity in the usage of POS system
