We are seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding partnerships, and managing key relationships across Asian markets in the gaming, entertainment, tech, and Web3 industries.
You will leverage your deep industry connections, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to meet and exceed revenue targets while growing our footprint globally.

• 5+ years of sales/business development experience in the gaming, entertainment, tech, or Web3 industries.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory due to key client and market requirements.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive environments.
• Established network of industry contacts (game publishers, platforms, developers, entertainment companies, or Web3 projects).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to close high-value deals .
• Experience in influencer marketing , media, or related fields is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to refine sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualifications are advantageous.
