About the client

Our client is a fast-growing corporate group in the B2B space, executing a clear Buy-&-Build strategy. By acquiring independent B2B companies, they integrate them into a scalable platform and develop them financially, operationally, and data-driven.

Your Role

In this key position, you will take ownership of financial and data driven topics across the group. You will act as a sparring partner for management, drive financial integration of newly acquired companies, and create transparency in complex structures and data landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A, controlling (especially sales controlling) and financial integration in a Buy-&-Build environment
  • Build, harmonize, and develop finance, controlling, and reporting structures across multiple entities
  • Manage cash accounting and cashflow at group level
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, scenario analyses, and business cases
  • Own central lead & churn tracking and translate findings into actionable insights for sales steering
  • Conduct data analysis, ad-hoc reports, and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making
  • Present complex findings in management reports and presentations with actionable recommendations
  • Lead project-based analyses and support derivation of operational and strategic actions
  • Collaborate closely with M&A teams on post-merger integration
  • Enhance and standardize controlling, KPI, and reporting instruments

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in Controlling / FP&A, ideally in Buy-&-Build, private equity, or multi-entity environments
  • Experience in integrating acquired companies or working in fast-growing organizations
  • Preferably: industry experience B2B, IT services or financial services
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Data-driven mindset with finance focus (BI tools, KPI systems, complex data models)
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and confident handling of complexity
  • Strong ownership mentality with a drive to take responsibility and make an impact
  • Clear communicator with professional presence and hands-on approach
  • Experience in ERP-rollouts (Lucanet, Salesforce preferred)
