We’re looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager to grow our client base by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract — and play a key role in expanding TELUS Health’s presence in the market.

You’ll work closely with decision‑makers to understand their organisational needs and position TELUS Health as a trusted partner in employee wellbeing. Your work will directly impact how organisations support the wellbeing of their people — today and in the future.

What you should bring to the table:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or consultative environments.
  • Proven success in new client acquisition (hunter mentality).
  • Native level/C2-level German and fluent English (both mandatory).
  • Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ownership, resilience, and a performance‑driven mindset.
  • Nice to have: experience or genuine interest in wellbeing, health tech, or employee engagement.

Interview process

  • Video call with a recruiter: Get to know you, your background, and motivation

  • Video call with the Hiring Manager / Leader: Deep dive into your experience, role expectations, and ways of working

  • Panel interview: Stakeholder interview focusing on collaboration, customer scenarios, and case-style questions

  • Meet the team: Informal conversation to get to know the team and mutual fit

How you will spend your time:

  • Own the full client acquisition cycle — from first outreach to signed partnership.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through structured prospecting and outbound activities.
  • Conduct discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and challenges regarding wellbeing in their organisation.
  • Demonstrate to potential clients how our solution improves employee health, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Guide stakeholders through the buying process with clarity and confidence.
  • Achieving revenue targets while contributing to a healthier working world.
  • Liaise with our Custom Success Team, and give them a smooth onboarding to our new business partners.
