You will work with Fortune 500 firms, global market leaders, and SMEs to maximize the impact of their digital initiatives and achieve excellence. What You Can Expect

Lead agile and hybrid digital and Salesforce projects in the automotive sector from conception through implementation, rollout and maintenance. Serve as a servant leader, coach and mentor, fostering trust, decision clarity and responsibility within an international team. Identify client expectations, define goals and ensure delivery within time, budget and quality; create offers, determine staffing needs, control project and report performance. Moderate project meetings such as steering boards and sprint planning, communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. What You Bring Along

Strong professional experience as a project or program manager for Salesforce projects in the automotive sector. Experience in agile teams using Scrum and applying agile methods; scaled agile experience (SAFe, LESS, Nexus) is an advantage. Passion for your work, enthusiasm for the team, and ability to manage remote, culturally diverse, international teams. Fluent German (C1 or higher) and English (written and spoken).
