My client, a global end customer headquartered in Munich, Germany, is looking to hire a (Senior) SAP Basis Admin responsible for the global implementation and rollout of S/4 HANA, introducing this system to over 50 countries across Europe, MENA, and LATAM. The role is hybrid, with around 3 days remote and 2 days onsite.

This role may also include training to become a Stream Lead/Project Lead for future S/4 HANA rollouts.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with Programme Management, PMO, functional and cross-functional teams, and implementation partners both nationally and internationally
• Establish and define processes, procedures, and standards for the S/4HANA technical team
• Identify SAP BASIS-related issues and work with partners to resolve and mitigate them
• Design and manage the S/4HANA environment landscape, overseeing infrastructure contributions and requirements
• Manage relationships with internal system owners and middleware platforms for planning and actions
• Assist with technological and SAP BASIS escalations
• Coordinate projects across regions and serve as the contact for application management
• Liaise within a multicultural, international team across Europe, MENA, LATAM, etc.
