Strong understanding of controlling (CO) processes and their implementation in a global business context.

Proven experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, especially in Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC) and Profitability/Margin Analysis (CO-PA), including integration with SD and PP modules.

Demonstrated ability to define, document, and roll out standardized process templates across multiple sites.

Strong project management experience with the capability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international teams.

Excellent communication in both German and English.

Basic knowledge of ABAP programming.

Experience in designing and optimizing end‑to‑end business processes.

Proven ability to act as a bridge between IT and business functions, particularly in finance and controlling.

Confident in facilitating workshops, conducting user training, and supporting change management initiatives.

Analytical mindset with a strategic, solution‑oriented approach to complex challenges.

About the Role

In this position, you will serve as a Process Expert specializing in SAP Controlling (CO).

You will collaborate within a global team to design, implement, and enhance standardized controlling processes and ensure successful worldwide rollouts.

Your work will involve close coordination with IT and business departments to define solutions that meet operational and strategic requirements.

You’ll also provide key user support, lead training sessions, and contribute to major transformation projects such as the ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation.

This role offers a blend of strategic process ownership, hands‑on configuration, and international project collaboration.
