Senior SAP Consultant - PM Permanent - Germany Salary up to €160k depending on experience

We are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant specialising in the Plant Maintenance (PM) module to join an international IT consulting and software services company. This fully remote role involves delivering tailored SAP projects for clients across Germany. You will engage in exciting initiatives spanning maintenance, Intelligent Asset Management, and mobile business processes, guiding projects from conceptual design through to technical implementation.

In addition to your consultancy responsibilities, you will take on project management duties, leading teams with empathy and clear communication to ensure successful delivery. Your customer-centric approach and extensive experience will support clients in optimising and streamlining their maintenance processes. You will also have the opportunity to explore and apply innovative technologies such as Augmented Reality and Intelligent Asset Management within the maintenance environment.

What You Bring A completed degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience. Proven experience in consulting and development within the SAP logistics environment, particularly SAP Enterprise Asset Management, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, SAP Cloud for Customer, or other ERP systems. Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage customers with enthusiasm. Very good command of both German and English to collaborate effectively within an international team.
