Senior SAP EWM Consultant | Global Logistics Transformation

A well-established, globally active organisation is initiating a major logistics transformation programme on SAP S / 4HANA and is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to help define global standards, drive continuous improvement and support international project deployments.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to Logistics and IT – shaping best-practice warehousing processes, challenging legacy ways of working and ensuring regional sites can adopt new solutions effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with key users, guide change and release cycles, and play a central role in strengthening global EWM capability across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and standardise global warehouse processes within SAP EWM
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into clear functional needs
• Act as a key link between operations and IT, ensuring smooth change management
• Support international sites through advisory, workshops and structured rollouts
• Coordinate release cycles and prioritise enhancements across the system landscape
• Build capability through targeted key-user coaching and process documentation
• Contribute to long-term logistics development initiatives and efficiency programmes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in logistics operations supported by SAP EWM
• Familiarity with adjoining SAP areas (SD, MM, PP, TMS)
• Experience collaborating internationally across multi-site environments
• Confident communicator able to partner with diverse business stakeholders
• Fluent English; German is a plus but not essential
• Comfortable in an advisory / process-led role (technical build covered by IT)
