Description -
The consultant will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP HCM Zeitwertkonten (Time Value Accounts) within an ADP-hosted SAP HCM environment. Responsibilities include functional design, blueprinting, configuration specifications for Time Management and Payroll, integration with an external insurance provider portal, and support through testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, hosting partners, and client stakeholders, with full onsite presence in Germany and business-fluent German due to legal and operational requirements.
Technical Skills -
- 10–15+ years overall SAP HCM experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP HCM Time Management (PT) & Payroll (PY)
