Role

My client, a global Agriculture company based in Hannover, Germany are currently looking to recruit a Senior SAP Project Manager to assist in the implementation of S/4 HANA for their 10+ production sites across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As the Project Manager, you will oversee project matters of the S/4 HANA Transformation with a particular focus on planning, monitoring and reporting activities. You will work collaboratively with teams across SAP Logistics and Finance as well as other IT teams and SaaS solution providers to ensure the delivery of all the project related tasks in an efficient and timely manner, both national and internationally. This role will also require you to step up as the Team Leader as currently the team has no/limited knowledge with S/4 HANA

Through the application of SAP Activate Methodology, you will manage small teams across various countries and regions, maintaining effective communication with Stakeholders as well as ensuring project qualities and risk assessments are carried out efficiently

This position will require at lease 3 days in the office with 2 days home office.

Some of the other responsibilities will include:

• Manage all aspect of the S/4 HANA project implementation – IT and Business aspects - to facilitate successful delivery
• Management of change management and communication measures for successful implementation.
• Identify, analyse and recommend solutions to management
• Ensuring adherence to time, cost and quality targets, as well as early risk management.
• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status re-ports
• Lead internal and external SAP teams
• Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
• Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback
• Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders
