Senior SAP Real Estate Business Analyst

Overview

A leading organisation are working with a large public-sector enterprise who are preparing for a strategic transition from SAP S/4HANA to RISE with SAP.

They require a Senior SAP Real Estate Business Analyst to join them on a 12-month contract engagement.

This role will focus on reviewing and optimising the existing SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) landscape, defining a future-state vision, and shaping the roadmap toward RISE readiness.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and assessing the current SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) setup within S/4HANA
• Translating real estate business requirements into clear SAP solutions
• Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in the current landscape
• Defining a high-level roadmap and milestones for upgrade and RISE transition
• Aligning business, IT, and external stakeholders on future-state design

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as an SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Proven background working with SAP S/4HANA environments
• Experience assessing and optimising existing SAP landscapes
• Ability to operate between business and IT stakeholders at senior level
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills
• Fully remote role
