Senior Security Consultant - Identity & Access Management (m/w/d)

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Security Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, you help organizations understand and manage the entire identity lifecycle, providing solutions such as single sign‑on, automation of provisioning, and security protocol implementation.

• Implement Identity Solutions using IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra to create secure, streamlined identity management systems.
• Develop Automation Scripts to automate provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IOT, and enterprise IT.
• Manage Directory Services using TDI and AD.
• Support the entire identity lifecycle within the enterprise, ensuring secure and efficient management.
• Apply Security Protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and scripting, to ensure best practices.

Position is based within the Cybersecurity service line.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with commercially available IAM tools (ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra) for single sign‑on and user identity management.
• Proficiency with directory services (TDI, AD) for effective identity management.
• Hands‑on experience with security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and scripting.
• Capability to develop automation scripts for provisioning and migration across varied environments.
• Knowledge of the identity lifecycle within an enterprise.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Proficiency with Cloud Identity, Okta, Sailpoint, or MS Entra for single sign‑on and identity management.
• Advanced scripting skills with relevant languages for automation.
• In‑depth directory knowledge (TDI, AD) applied to effective identity management.
