We are partnering with a global innovation leader to find a Senior Security Engineering Expert to join their German operations.

This technology powerhouse is a titan of R&D, focused on building the next generation of resilient digital infrastructure.

In this role, you will define the roadmap for E2E assurance frameworks, translating bleeding-edge industry trends into robust engineering governance. You’ll serve as the technical authority on advanced security methodologies, ensuring compliance with evolving European mandates like CRA and EUCC.

Beyond pure engineering, you will act as a high-level technical liaison, representing the firm at international standards bodies and driving collaborative R&D initiatives with top-tier academic and industrial partners across the EU.

This is a permanent position, based 100% on-site in Munich, Germany.

I am looking to speak with Senior Security Engineering Experts who possess:

• Advanced Degree (Masters/PhD) in a core technical field (Cyber/Comp-App).
• 15+ years in Product Security, Governance, or specialised Security Engineering.
• Deep technical mastery of Cryptography, IAM, and Data Integrity.
• Expertise in AI threat modeling and vulnerability prevention.
• Deep understanding of NIST 800-series, ISO 27034, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Standards Leadership: Experience driving international standardization protocols.
