Responsibilities

As the technical leader of a team of Cyber Security Consultants, you will guide career growth and act as spokesperson. You will be a solution expert translating business requirements into technical and project plans.

Typical tasks

• Create Statements of Work, project plans and requirements definitions for projects running in your team.
• Support the evaluation cycle of your team members.
• Engage with customers and assure a fruitful partnership at all times.
• Coach engineers in their daily activities.
• Perform technical account management duties for specific top‑tier, strategic clients.
• Remain continuously up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the SOC field.

Qualifications

• You are eligible for a NATO clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCFA or equivalent highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a SOC environment and an interest in structuring and coordinating security operating tasks or project‑management experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR and endpoint protection and detection.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
