We are hiring a

Senior SEO / SEA Manager (m/f/d)

to drive performance marketing and sustainable growth in our e-commerce business.

What you’ll do • Take strategic ownership of SEO performance • Optimize product, category, and landing pages for high-intent keywords • Improve internal linking, indexing, and technical SEO foundations • Build, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) • Manage budgets with strong focus on ROAS and profitability • Analyze user behavior and continuously improve conversion rates • Monitor performance and derive data-driven growth strategies

Your profile •

Minimum 6 years experience

in SEO, SEA, or Performance Marketing • Proven track record in increasing traffic, revenue, and performance • Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, and common SEO tools • Solid experience in an e-commerce environment • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset • Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
