Senior Consultant | Semiconductor, Automotive Tech, Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, C-Suite

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician with specialized hands-on expertise in the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photolithography equipment , including steppers and scanners . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our clients within the semiconductor manufacturing industry by ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and providing expert-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of photolithography equipment, including advanced steppers and scanners from major OEMs (e.g., ASML, Nikon, Canon).
Analyze and resolve complex equipment issues, providing root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.
Collaborate directly with customer engineering and maintenance teams to optimize system performance and uptime.
Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and reports in compliance with company and industry standards.
Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians and client staff as needed.
Support equipment upgrades and retrofits, ensuring minimal production disruption.
Interface with OEM support and engineering teams to resolve advanced technical challenges.
Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and EHS regulations.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience servicing photolithography tools, including steppers and scanners.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments.
In-depth knowledge of optical systems, precision mechanics, robotics, pneumatics, and control systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
