Senior Service Technician - Steppers / Photolithography / Cannon

We are seeking experienced Senior Service Technicians to join a US-based semiconductor equipment company, working remotely in Germany with travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, repair, and maintenance of Canon photolithography tools (steppers/scanners).
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers and junior technicians.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to enhance processes and quality standards.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support customer sites.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Canon steppers/scanners.
• Degree in electronics or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with PC skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read engineering schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver’s license and current passport for travel.
