About the Role

As Senior Social Concepter, you turn cultural insights, platform knowledge, and brand needs into strong social ideas. You develop concepts, formats, story frameworks, and toolkits for always‑on content, campaigns, and creator activations. You shape social relevance for our clients together with strategy, creation, and the Gloria Studio.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop platform-native ideas, social concepts, scripts and format frameworks.
• Create toolkits, treatments, storylines and content systems for clients.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Strategists and the Studio teams.
• Present ideas and guide the execution process.
• Support multi‑market and multi‑platform social‑ecosystems.

Your Profile

• 4–6 + years of experience in social concepting or creative strategy.
• Strong understanding of culture, platforms and trend‑driven storytelling.
• Excellent writing and conceptual thinking in German and English.
• Automotive experience is a strong plus.
• Confident, structured and comfortable working across multiple clients.
