Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in the architecture, development, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms. You’ll work alongside product managers, designers, and other developers to create scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems
• Lead technical decisions, architectural planning, and code reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact features
• Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of the codebase through testing and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and suggest practical innovations
• Help drive the evolution of our tech stack and development processes

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask)
• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Tools: Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with strong full-stack or backend experience
• Proven track record in building scalable and maintainable applications
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of security, performance optimization, and testing frameworks
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (B2+) ; German (optional but preferred)
• Based in Germany or open to relocation
