General Requirements8+ years of software engineering experience.Experience across multiple companies and architectural patterns, demonstrating versatility in different technologies and contexts.Strong product mindset—not just technical capability. The ideal candidate understands customer and product needs, using them to guide technical decision-making. Required Knowledge & SkillsExpert-level Go (Golang) experience.Kubernetes expertise (both operational and development.)Experience building cloud-native, distributed application architectures on Kubernetes.DevOps skills, including: Networking, Security, CI/CD, GCP preferredDatabase knowledge: MongoDB and PostgreSQL.Nice to have: Experience in performance and functional testing.
