Senior Software Engineer for Pricing Platform (f/m/d)

• Development and maintenance of a core package that standardizes machine learning practices across all pricing workstreams
• Development of maintainable abstractions and interfaces, as well as design of an agile and flexible software architecture
• Design and implementation of self-service modules that reduce the complexity of the machine learning workflow
• Improving the developer experience and establishing consistent workflows across hybrid development environments
• Collaborating with data engineers and data architects within the company on developer-friendly high-memory data pipelines
• Coordinating between pricing, MLOps, and DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, package management, packaging machine learning models into ready-to-use binary formats, and their deployment

• Very good master's degree in computer science, software engineering, machine learning, or a related field such as physics, electrical engineering, or computational science & engineering
• Several years of experience with Python in productive machine learning environments as well as confident use of machine learning training tools and deployment pipelines
• Practical experience in agile software architecture and software design patterns to continuously improve our internal code quality together
• In-depth experience in building internal tools, optimizing development workflows, and reducing technical debt
• Enjoy learning from our cross-functional team members, understanding their problems, and empowering them to integrate your solutions into their machine learning workflows
• Ability to abstract the essentials from complex problems and develop new solutions together with stakeholders using systemic and product-oriented thinking
