Senior Software Engineer – TypeScript (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin / Hybrid

Type: Full-time | Permanent

We’re building a modern, product-driven platform and are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys turning complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, influence over technical decisions, and the chance to work in a fast-moving Berlin-based team that values quality over bureaucracy.

You’ll work across a TypeScript-first stack , collaborating closely with product and design to build features that are used daily by real customers.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building scalable backend services using TypeScript
• Developing modern, high-quality frontend experiences
• Shaping system architecture and technical standards as the platform evolves
• Building APIs, integrations, and core product features end to end
• Improving performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Contributing to technical discussions, code reviews, and long-term platform decisions
• TypeScript across frontend and backend
• Modern frameworks such as React or Next.js
• Node.js-based backend services
• Cloud-native infrastructure and containerised deployments
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern developer tooling

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience working with TypeScript in production environments
• A solid understanding of modern web architecture and API design
• Comfort working across the stack, or deep expertise paired with curiosity
• A product mindset and a passion for building clean, maintainable systems
• Enjoys collaboration, ownership, and pragmatic decision-making
• Fluent English; German is a bonus but not required
