• You are an expert in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, Time Sheet, Time Tracking, Time Evaluation, Time Off.
• You already have project experience in our key areas of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform BTP, and integration scenarios for hybrid system landscapes on SAP Cloud Integration.
• You have a valid certification for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management. Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation Management, Performance & Goals or Learning Management is a plus and you have already gained implementation experience in customer projects.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Advise our customers on all aspects of SAP SuccessFactors in the cloud and develop innovative and optimal solutions according to the current requirements of the customer.
• Analyse business and technical requirements, design solutions, draft prototypes of the latest functionalities, and develop extensions in the SAP SuccessFactors Metadata Framework.
• Design and implement software components and interfaces via SAP Cloud Platform Integration for our customers.
• Design and implement workflows and support our customers in introducing new business processes.
• Actively lead demanding projects to success with your commitment and creativity in a team.
• Offer our customers added value through your experience and innovative solution proposals.
• Be the face of the company and represent us personally and with dedication.
