Responsibilities

• Analyze business and IT requirements and develop Data Center and Hybrid Cloud concepts to sustainably meet customer needs.
• Lead the technical solution development of complex proposals in the Pre-Sales phase and support the development of Win strategies.
• Position and present our Data Center & Hybrid Cloud offerings and provide technology thought leadership to decision makers; conduct solution and strategy workshops.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and initiatives for targeted market development.
• Support the sales team in acquisition, RFPs, quoting and closing for Data Center solutions.

Qualifications

• A technical or business degree or equivalent education with extensive project and consulting experience in similar roles; minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive Pre-Sales experience in complex, cross-domain projects involving leading Data Center technologies; familiarity with Cisco systems (Cisco UCS, Intersight, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, DC Networking & AI Infrastructure) and current IT trends with market and competitive knowledge.
• Ability to identify and translate complex business and IT requirements into actionable solutions and articulate their value.
• Resilience, structured and independent work style; team-oriented.
• High customer orientation and communication skills; ability to persuade through innovation and professional presence.
• Hands-on mindset with sales affinity.
• Fluent German and English.
