Position: Senior Solutions Design Manager Europe & MEA – Warehouse Design

You will play a crucial role leading and strategizing complex warehouse design projects across our Europe & MEA countries and clusters. You will collaborate closely with the commercial team to understand customer requirements and co‑develop impactful technical solutions, showcase your expertise, drive customer success, and shape the future of warehouse design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design high technical/commercial warehouse solutions together with the project team
• Model scenarios of current and future operational solutions, and present and advise alternative cost‑benefit analysis and value models
• Advise customers in new and innovative solutions that address their needs and demonstrate clear solution fit
• Support the development of a commercial framework for your proposed innovative solutions with Business Development & Key Account Managers to achieve growth, contract retention and continuous improvement objectives
• Learn, grow, and become the driver of sustainability and innovation for our customers

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years experience in logistics or end‑to‑end supply chain
• Previous exposure to modeling and designing complex warehousing solutions or domestic transport networks, logistics/site operations, etc.
• Previous experience/knowledge in project management within a supply‑chain environment
• Advanced knowledge in data analysis using Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
• Ability to work successfully in a complex and international environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
• A master’s degree in or with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
• English & German fluency at business level

Plus (Desirable)

• Experience in technical sales
• Good understanding of all solutions‑design tools, techniques, and procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD, SketchUp or similar tools
• Experience with Warehouse Automation
• Any further European language will be a plus
