Senior Specialist Data & AI Governance (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Enable the responsible and value‑driven use of Data & AI across TRATON SE, supporting business units in shaping Data & AI demands and identifying initiatives with high business impact
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Data & AI governance framework, translating centrally defined principles, group standards and regulatory requirements into pragmatic, business‑enabling practices
• Support the Data & AI demand and portfolio process by structuring incoming demands, ensuring alignment with the Data & AI roadmap and preparing prioritization decisions based on strategic value, dependencies and feasibility
• Facilitate the Data & AI portfolio at a coordination and alignment level, ensuring consistency across initiatives, architectural alignment, quality standards
• Collaborate with business functions and IT teams across the Group to foster alignment, synergies and reuse of Data & AI practices & solutions

Profile Description

• Several years of experience in data, AI or digital roles within complex enterprise or Holding environments
• Strong understanding of Data & AI governance, demand management and portfolio coordination, balancing business enablement, strategic alignment and compliance
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills, with the ability to align priorities and support decision‑making at roadmap and portfolio Level
• Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across organizational boundaries
• Experience coordinating or working with external partners (nearshore/offshore)
• Conceptual familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g. Azure Fabric, SAP Datasphere), Governance solutions (e.g. Collibra & OneTrust) and AI Solutions (e.g. Azure AI Foundry, MS Copilot Suite, SAP Joule) is an advantage
