Job Description

• Manage German pension assets, including investment strategy, manager oversight, and performance control.
• Execute investment transactions and prepare required accounting and tax data.
• Oversee governance and administration for MAN Pension Trust, pension vehicles, and the lifecycle pension plan.
• Ensure insolvency protection for German partial‑retirement arrangements.
• Act as Center of Competence for funded pension plans, incl. group reporting, IAS19 supervision, and PMO activities.
• Support the MAN UK Group Pension Scheme on strategic and operational topics.

Your Skills

University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 5+ years) in asset management and/or funded pension administration.
Strong expertise in investment strategies, liquid and illiquid asset classes, and fund administration.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Solid proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
High sense of accountability, quality orientation, and collaborative, proactive working style.
