Your seat to fill:

• Develop and maintain compelling, consumer-focused product content — including key selling points, visuals, fact sheets, sell-in decks, and e-retail guidelines — in close collaboration with Product Management and Content teams
• Translate product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging that communicates unique consumer value
• Support the product launch process, ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration and consistent communication across all channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to strengthen product positioning and guide data-driven decisions
• Manage and optimize product information across internal systems and external platforms to ensure accuracy, alignment, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate on product-related marketing initiatives — such as design awards, consumer tests, and recognition programs — anchored in strong product storytelling
• Provide customer-facing teams with accurate, up-to-date product information, FAQs, and materials for consistent communication
• Partner closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, and Content teams to deliver a cohesive product experience from concept to consumer
• Contribute to process, tool, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability in product marketing
• Support the Head of Marketing in elevating the Home segment's presence — actively shaping its growth, operations, and consumer engagement

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in product marketing or project coordination, ideally within consumer goods, juvenile products, or furniture/interior industries
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives and meet deadlines
• Skilled at building trust, aligning priorities, and maintaining effective relationships across teams and markets
• Proactive contributor to departmental strategy, offering ideas and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Initiative-driven problem solver who ensures projects are executed efficiently and successfully
• Precise, structured, and skilled at translating technical details into clear, consumer-friendly messaging
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German is an advantage
• Reliable, positive, and collaborative — trusted to deliver quality work and communicate clearly
• Confident using Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ) with a structured, data-driven approach
