Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive the design, execution, and scaling of Lean, Agile and Digital transformation across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategy and a clear focus on customer value
• Define and embed the operating model, roles, governance, and collaboration structures that enable modern ways of working at enterprise scale
• Coach executives, leaders and teams in Lean-Agile mindset, customer‑centricity and continuous improvement while building internal transformation capability via training, workshops and consulting
• Establish and track transformation KPIs and feedback mechanisms to monitor maturity, inform decision‑making, and ensure sustained adoption and business impact
• Lead the enterprise‑wide implementation and scaling of the OKR framework, ensuring strategic alignment, measurable outcomes, and consistent application across large organizational units
• Build and mature internal OKR capabilities through coaching, training, and the enablement of strong OKR Master Communities to ensure shared learning, best practices, and framework quality
• Partner with senior leadership to integrate OKRs into Lean, Agile and Digital ways of working, enabling transparency, focus, and cross‑functional alignment and continuously evolve the OKR toolkit, governance, and adoption approach while identifying organizational challenges early and ensuring sustainable, long‑term anchoring

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in a corporate environment with strong experience in implementing and managing the OKR framework
• Proven experience leading Digital‑and Agile‑ (SAFe) transformations in large, complex organizations, with relevant experience as a RTE or SPC
• SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, SAFe RTE) are required, along with a strong understanding of Lean‑Agile principles, OKR methodology, and its application
• Strong agile mindset combined with practical experience in applying agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others, to navigate the complexity of diverse, cross‑functional teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills and ability to work with teams of different agile maturity levels in large, matrixed organizations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively, are required for success in this role
