Overview

Lenovo’s Solutions and Services Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Strategic Product Management Professional to drive the growth and adoption of Digital Workplace Services across key industry verticals, with a primary focus on the German and surrounding markets. This individual contributor role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, shaping customer‑centric solutions, and supporting complex sales engagements. The role works closely with sales, offering management, and delivery teams to develop compelling business cases and drive successful pursuit execution. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, industry understanding, and the ability to translate customer needs into high‑impact service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Market Development
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Lenovo Digital Workplace Services across targeted industry verticals, with a primary focus on Germany.
  • Identify and develop strategic opportunities within priority vertical markets and key enterprise accounts.
  • Translate customer business needs into differentiated Digital Workplace service solutions.
  • Support the development of industry‑relevant value propositions and solution narratives.
Business Case Development
  • Develop and present compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable ROI and improvements in end‑user experience.
  • Quantify financial and operational benefits of Digital Workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Create executive‑level presentations and value propositions for customer stakeholders.
  • Support customer workshops and strategic solution discussions.
RFx and Deal Support
  • Drive RFx processes from opportunity qualification through proposal development and submission.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, offering, pricing, and delivery organizations.
  • Develop solution strategies, win themes, and differentiated proposals.
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and Lenovo service capabilities.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Partner closely with regional sales teams to support pipeline development and deal progression.
  • Collaborate with global offering teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
  • Provide market feedback to influence service offerings and roadmap priorities.
  • Support strategic customer engagements and executive discussions.

Qualifications

Required Experience
  • 12 or more years of experience in product management, solution management, or services strategy roles.
  • Experience in Digital Workplace, End‑User Services, or Managed Services environments.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales pursuits.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers across multiple industry verticals.
  • Experience developing business cases and financial models.
Skills Competencies
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset.
  • Ability to build compelling ROI‑driven business cases.
  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience leading RFx and proposal development processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the German enterprise market.
  • Knowledge of Digital Workplace transformation programs.
  • Understanding of end‑user experience and productivity metrics.
  • MBA or equivalent business education preferred.
